　　Qingzhou Jingchuan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd, established in 1992, over 30 years development, covers an area of 200,000 square meters, with more than 800 employees. Annual turnover achieves 60 million dollars. The products are of a great variety, including 500-20000m³/h large scale dredger, Iron & Gold Mining Machinery, sand transportation ship, multi-function service work boat, tug boat etc, which widely used in sand-excavating, river dredging, channel maintenance and broaden, desalting, blow fields stretched, port construction, etc. All the products can be customized according to clients’ requirements, formed a complete dredging machinery industry chain.

Strong Technical Force

　　Qingzhou Jingchuan Shipbuilding Co., Ltd with the pursuit of excellence in technology, has a complete technical R&D center, senior ship development and dredging technologists, our company have been through ISO 9001 Quality System Certification and CE Certification. The design, construction and quality inspection are according to the standards and regulations of CCS. And we have obtained 26 types of Certificate of Utility Model Patent and 23 types of Certificate of Design Patent. Relying on the international advanced mature technology and our own research and technology, each dredger is constructed by skilled workers under strict quality inspection and tested in our own unique test pool to ensure quality, durability and efficiency before delivery. Haiya Dredger achieves first-class level in the world with Holland design and technology. The number of staff is up to 800, including 50 senior engineers on dredger building and researching, 60 designers on machinery construction, 18 engineers on quality inspection, as well as 30 after-sales service engineers.

The Actual Production Experience

　　Each type of dredger has 1-2 units in stock which greatly shortens the production cycle to avoid delay of project progress due to customer waiting for 4-6 months. Guarantee each Haiya dredger has 12 months life and provide life-time service. For the first two years, we provide the free spare parts. We can response within 24 hours in charge after the warranty period.
